The journal is published biannually, with issues released in June and December, by PT Edukasi Riset Teknologi, Indonesia.

INFOTERA applies a double-blind peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, and scientific integrity of all published manuscripts. Every submission is evaluated by independent reviewers based on academic merit, methodological rigor, originality, and relevance to the journal's scope.

As an Open Access journal, all articles are freely available immediately upon publication without subscription or access fees.
